Your message should contain: 

1) A screenshot of your order confirmation email. 

2) A picture of the product received by you. 

3) A detailed reason as to why you want us to refund your amount. 

Note: The refunds can only be expected if there is a structural defect in the product. Reasons such as "I don't like the design", or "I changed my mind" or that "I received it cheaper from elsewhere" etc will not apply. Only LEGIT reasons will be accepted. And the shipping charges for the refunded item will be borne by the customer.
